Do I have to register to order from you.
You have to register to use this website but you do not need to register with us to use our service, just send your order to us and we will do the rest.
How do I order

Do we have to pay upfront?
No, regardless of which service you use we will invoice you, we do appreciate payment within 7 days once you receive goods.
Do we have to pay additional charges for VAT or DELIVERY?
Vat is included in the price. Delivery is charged when your TOTAL order is below £75, then you will be charged £10 which is divided up between your residents. Total orders over £75 delivery is free.
Do you charge to label products?
No, all our toiletries are labelled and placed in individual bags. All underwear is embroidered and slippers have washable name label inserted. This is part of our service and there is no charge.
Will you provide receipts for each resident?
Yes, whichever service you use you will receive individual itemised receipts for each person.
How can I pay your invoice?
We accept cheques or postal orders. You can also pay cash into our account via any Barclays Bank. We also accept payment by BACS or bank transfer - all bank details and payment options are on our invoices. We DO NOT accept debit or credit cards.
When and how will you deliver?
Toiletries are despatched within 48 hrs. Underwear, Slippers and Gifts within 7 working days. We despatch your order via our courier (Interlink Express) who will deliver next working day.
How do I get the free offers?
All orders are eligible for free gifts and you need to select either offer 1 (5% discount/donation), offer 2 (free sweets and pastimes) or offer 3 (loyalty points to purchase gifts at Christmas). If you do not select option you will automatically receive offer 2.
