Within her role as an Administrator within a care facility, Sue observed firsthand the challenges faced by residents who were unable to shop independently, relying instead on staff for their personal needs. Over the years, Home Service has expanded its reach, now catering to hundreds of care homes across the UK. The recent introduction of Care Box enables families to directly order essential items for their loved ones residing in these care facilities.
