Choose to order online, via e-mail or post

Confirm your order
We'll e-mail you a full breakdown of each residents' spend for you to check and amend if needed.

Packaging
We label all products with the residents' name which are then placed into a labelled bag and shipped in a sealed box.
Step 4
Dispatch
We'll send your order via APC Couriers who aim to deliver the very next day. You'll also receive tracking details.
Step 5
Invoicing and Payment
As soon as your order is despatched, we'll send your invoice via e-mail along with a full breakdown of the order. We offer 30 days payment via BACS, Card or Cheque, we also accept cash payment directly into our bank

Welcome to Home Service, established by Sue Johnson in 2003, with a mission to provide essential items to residents in care homes. Having witnessed the challenges faced by staff and residents in her role as an Administrator, Sue created this service to those who rely on staff for their personal needs. Over the years, we've grown to serve hundreds of care homes across the UK. Our latest innovation, the Care Box allows families to conveniently order vital items for their loved ones living in a care home setting.
